Re-Registration / New Admission / Check List

1.  Admissions Form Re-Registration Form.
2. Self-Attested birth certificate of child
3. Self-attested Residence proof of parents (Parents Aadhar Card / Passport Copy / Electricity Bill/Driving License
4. Passport Size 4 Colour Photo of child.
5. One individual passport size recent photograph of each parents.
6. Original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous School must be submitted if applying for the admission in class L.K.G. to 5th.
